Generate Playwright tests

Goal is to create Playwright tests based on https://gitlab.cern.ch/web-team/intergration-tests/web-team-testing-suite/ .

There should be documentation on how to generate new tests using the interactive approach, as well documentation on how to execute these tests locally through the playwright container.
