Investigation adoption of committing the lock composer file

Committing lock files is the general practice. See for example https://getcomposer.org/doc/01-basic-usage.md#commit-your-composer-lock-file-to-version-control

Investigate if there's any implication for adopting this practice for current pipelines and s2i flow.

If no implication if found, push a MR with the current lock file.
