Proposal for removal of modules

Hi —

The Web Team has identified the following modules as (1) not being compatible with neither PHP 8.x nor Drupal 10 (and with little-to-no ongoing development to support new releases in time for our deadlines); and (2) not being strictly necessary for the CERN Drupal Distribution. We recommend their removal in an attempt to streamline our offering and improve future maintainability.

Some modules are being used by some websites (e.g. IMCE), but since the modules are subject to become defunct with the upcoming PHP 8.1 upgrade, said websites must find alternatives in any case. Additionally, by removing them from the CERN Drupal Distribution, we avoid offering modules which do not actually work.
