Propagate errors to DBODRegistration state
- MySQL module errors
- K8s resource lookup errors (resource doesn't exist)
- maybe need to move this to a task (now it's a variable assignment)
- unless there's a way to handle errors during var assignment
- K8s resource creation errors (secret already exists)
