Finalizer to cleanup DBOD resources

• Add a finalizer cleanupDBOD to the DBOD registration until the DB has been handled
• Expect that clients will add other finalizers to potentially take backups etc, so
  • do not cleanup, unless cleanupDBOD is the only finalizer left
• delete the DB from DBOD
