New script to change namespace fields

We need a new script, similar to https://gitlab.cern.ch/drupal/paas/drupal-operations/-/blob/master/scripts/addGroupToDrupalAdmins.sh?ref_type=heads.

This script would allow us to patch fields resource type and admin egroup. See api details https://authorization-service-api.web.cern.ch/swagger/index.html

This is particularly needed due to clone across projects in which we cannot create a project as another user with the appropriate fields mentioned above. For support purposes it is common as well that users request us to change the fields mentioned above.
