Update the Operator to pass the secret for ckeditor4lts as an environmental variable

Configure the license key CKEDITOR_LICENSE_KEY for ckeditor4lts via gitlab CI and pass the secret as an environmental variable as described in cern-drupal-distribution!251 (merged).
