Remove GEN weight systematics from bbtt_*

Addresses issue #371 (closed)

Turning off cutflow removes generator weight systs from bbtt_mmc_* or bbtt_pass_* variables.

  • Added protection in HHbbttSelectorAlg.cxx

  • Added m_saveCutFlow : false in systematics configs.

Other systematics like bbtt_mmc_status___TAUS_TRUEHADTAU_EFF_TRIGGER_SYSTMU2016__1up are still needed to be followed up in other MRs.
