Trigger links instabilities on GE2/1

Similar to #21 (closed), but maybe not with the same source, the trigger e-links of the GE2/1 demonstrator do become unstable as soon as the run is started.

As long as we are configured (but with the VFAT in mode) the LINK0_MISSED_MARKER_CNT counter remains at 0. As soon as the run is started and L1As are sent the counter increases.

Edit: if all VFATs are masked, the error counter remains at 0.
