add global clusterDomain var

alternative solution for #57 (closed) A bit more complicated (global values have to be added to each component chart if they are to be used individually) but should be more robust on clusters with irregular (?) DNS behaviour, and it is slightly more proper to fully specify the service names anyway.

Have not tested it myself yet.
