fix: revert vo-feed testing, try new approach

Alexander Rogovskiy requested to merge fix_vo-feed_parsing into master

First of all, ARC-CE flavor changes have been propagated to the prod vo-feed, so no need to use dev instance any more. Second of all, since the pipeline is unable to recoglinze new flavor, let's just "pretend" that we are using the old one.
