Improvements to electron PID cuts

On the contrary I thought that the PID (DLLe>4 as far as I can tell) looks quite tight.
A tighter cut on the photon mass and pT are the main differences I can see.
For reference, the make_gamma_ee
builder in !2939 (merged) is selecting 9K candidates in 100K minbias events, reduced to 3K with the tighter cuts applied in the exclusive HLT2 lines.
I also notice that the persistreco
flag is kind of random in b_to_xgamma_exclusive_hlt2
in that it is False for one line and True for the others. I would think that False for all lines is appropriate but I will let @alobosal tell me if I am forgetting something. Sorry that I didn't notice this earlier...
@alobosal do we actually need the persistreco
for anything with the exclusive spruce lines? I actually hadn't spotted that it was set to True...

Hi @desahoo as a heads up I found when using this builder for !2939 (merged) that I needed to change L- -> K- in L118 and swap the order of kaons and protons in L128 to make any pK candidates
