Timeline csv file always with endTime to 0

Since !593 (merged) merge to master we cannot get in the timeline csv output file the correct endTime value. endTime is used to benchmark our code for the upgrade and without the proper fix we cannot benchmark the LHCb HLT1 upgrade sequence anymore. @ishapova, do you have any idea of what is going on?
