*-env.sh script: issues with "build environment" of spack
I'm having some issues with the *-env.sh script created by Gaudi for downstream projects. The problem is that some build tools like spack distinguish between the build and run/test environment, and won't set up some packages that are not used during the build but may be needed for tests. However, the env script "freezes" the environment at the time it was generated. This could be improved by appending to the env vars instead of setting them, i.e. LD_LIBRARY_PATH=<path>:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH;
