race conditions in tests

When running ctest with a high number of jobs, some tests fail because of race conditions on the filesystem (multiple tests using the same filenames).

Today I found

aida2root shares the output file with histograms_opts
tupleex, tupleex_pyopts and tupleex_py have the same output file

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
