RootHistogramSink does not produce the correct TH2, TH3 Root histograms

The layout of bins in Gaudi::Accumulators::Histogram and Root's histogram types (TH2, TH3) is different. Therefore indices have to be translated from one histogram implementation to the other, which currently does not happen.
