Gaudi.confdb2 not created on Mac

@ganis reported that on Mac he can build but the installation fails with

CMake Error at GaudiKernel/cmake_install.cmake:701 (file):
  file INSTALL cannot find
  "/Users/ganis/local/sft/build/devfcc/frameworks/Gaudi-master/src/Gaudi-master-build/Gaudi.confdb2":
  No such file or directory.

Instead of Gaudi.confdb2 there is a Gaudi.confdb2.db.
