Remove obsolete GaudiPython modules referring to GaudiAlg

The deprecation warnings from GaudiPython.GaudiAlgs, GaudiPython.HistoUtils and GaudiPython.TupleUtils should have been enabled in !1531 (merged), but I forgot, so I enable them here planning to remove the obsolete modules another time.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
