Remove code that was used only by GaudiAlg

Now that GaudiAlg has been removed, we can drop the code that was used only there:

  • SmartDataObjectPtr
  • IUpdateManagerSvc
  • ...
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
