Remove deprecated schedulers

- remove deprecated RoundRobin, ParallelSequential and Sequential schedulers
  (see GAUDI-1263)
- remove deprecated copy of state machine interface from IAlgManager.
  This removal has been checked grep'ing the git repo of ATLAS
