Merge branch 'GAUDI-1151' into 'master'

GAUDI-1151: fixed reference counting of CounterSummarySvc

In the merge commit fd7f1add, the conflicts in GaudiCommon.icpp were not
correctly resolved, resulting in a wrong reference count.
