EvtStoreSvc tries to load too much from input files

We found in lhcb/Moore!223 (merged) that the [new] EvtStoreSvc triggers errors when it is used with ROOT input files that contain references to objects in inaccessible ancestor files (see here for log output).

For now this means that the EvtStoreSvc cannot be used with these input files. According to @graven the EvtStoreSvc needs to interact with the scheduler to avoid this and !422 (closed) may contain some relevant examples.
