Remove begin/endRun methods

Delete the previously deprecated beginRun/endRun methods for Algorithm, Sequence and auditors. Also remove the AuditBeginRun and AuditEndRun properties of Algorithm.

N.B.: We just got rid of the last uses of these in ATLAS. cc @leggett
