Add support for versioned ROOT libraries

Hadrien Benjamin Grasland requested to merge hgraslan/Gaudi:versioned-root-libs into master

Some installations of ROOT come with versioned library names (e.g. libCore.so.6.14 instead of libCore.so). This MR adds support for this configuration to the StatusCodeSvc.
