'make apply-formatting' - Filter out install and build files

Christopher Rob Jones requested to merge jonrob/Gaudi:ApplyFormatting-FilterOutInstallAndBuildFiles into master

Filters out from the file list generated for make apply-formatting files in the InstallArea and various build areas. Formatting these files is both unnecessary (as they are created from the primary sources during build) and also can result in a bash command line too long to run.
