Subscription hangs when subscribed cycle is removed from supercycle

There's a documented case where the application froze on a specific subscription when the subscribed-to SPS cycle was removed from the super cycle. For unknown reasons, it did not react to the usual cancellation signal.

I've uploaded a minimal reproduction snippet. It'd be great if you could run it in the control room and see if you manage to reproduce the hang. If you do, I'll be interested in the produced logs (written to stderr by default) and by the produced core dump file (has to be enabled, see the snippet description).

Since the snippet catches SIGINT, just pressing Ctrl-C will likely not be enough if the hang occurs. In this case, you'll want to use kill or xkill to send either SIGABRT or SIGTERM to the process.
