Bbtatutau boosted analysis roadmap

Here we can keep track of the modifications that have to be implemented in order to allow for a boosted bbtautau analysis.

Easy Jet

  • Implement the correct list of the best triggers as found in the study by @mmihovil #1399
  • Check that all the run2 and run3 periods are taken into account. #1399
  • Modify the Large-R jet selection to include the cuts for the boosted phase space. #1399
  • Enable GN2X tagging #1477
  • Eanable tautau tagging #1551 #1789
  • Enable MET computation. #1399
  • Take care of semi-boosted topologies (Semi boosted topologies will go in the ONE_PASS region used for QCD bkg estimation ) #1789
  • Veto single leptons ? -> I.e. reconstruct leptons and ask take care of isIso (see m_selected_el_isIso). #1789
  • Use only vector branches #1477
  • Take care of overlap with resolved analysis #1477
  • Add trigger SF
  • Add tagger calibration SF
  • Check the settings of Overlapremoval, are these correct ?

HHARD

  • Understand the code, compute HH mass
  • create ONE_PASS, TWO_PASS regions #490
  • introduce jet collections #490
  • calibrate parameters of VR, SR and CR regions.
  • Separate VBF and ggF like-events using some discriminants or a BDT.
  • Add proper runcards with all the correct settings and samples
  • Scale factors
  • Study efficiency of the taggers' working points (right now we select based on the loosest wp)
