Drop interfaces accepted in the upstream of MCEGs
Drop interfaces for:
- Pythia8
- Tauola
- Photos
- MC-TESTER
as HepMC3 interfaces are already supported by the upstream.
For the 3.2.4 the interfaces will be deprecated.
