The "dump" output format in the convert_example.cc file.

There is a bug in the "examples/ConvertExample/convert_example.cc" file. When the output format is "dump", it still requires two arguments, including the name of the "output file", even though it is not used at all. This case should be treated exactly like when the output format is "none" (i.e., exactly one argument should be required).
