Beyond the AIDA-2020 milestone, the end goal of this prototype is to be integrated into Gaudi-based experiments as the One True interface to condition management.

This entails reaching agreement with LHCb, FCC and ATLAS about the proposed interface, implementing full unit test coverage, and turning the test components and interfaces into concrete Gaudi implementations.
