Make time optimized options for WS creation default

Now that we settled for combine 9 as default, we could also by default (or in a more explicit option) the combine options that make the combined WS (even to H+HH) runable in lxplus/htcondor. Which this the HH WS as from Nature runs for about 12h, a small improvement in UP is also seen
