A first task list for Jess: bbH interference study

Adapt the package to run on a test sample previously produced, stored here /afs/cern.ch/work/o/orlando/public/ForJess/test_interference -
Try to draw Feynman diagrams from the prepared job-option -
In case is not possible to see any Higgs candidate in there, check the source code produced by MadGraph -> Ask for help on the MadGraph web page otherwise -
Prepare a fist "big" sample signal + background + interference sample, 20k events for a single mass point, 700 GeV and a narrow width, say 1 GeV and analyse it (produce truth0, truth0, plots) -
Prepare a fist "big" background, 20k events and analyse it make sure to use same random seed as for the sample above (produce truth0, truth0, plots)
The current job option and run card are here /afs/cern.ch/work/o/orlando/public/ForJess/
Please modify the mass and width as needed.
Extra check list

Upload job-option, paramcard and an example of log file for the signal/background production. (I changed the file names when uploading to make it easier to identify so might not match with the names in log file. I can regenerate everything with the new file names if that is necessary -
Run signal+interference for a mass point of 500, width 1 GeV -
Run signal+interference for a mass point of 700, width 50 GeV -
Run ttbb background production with QCD=99 QED=99 enabled (remove "import 2HDM-typeII") -
Remake all plots with those other samples superimposed -
Store the log files for an example of job for each case of background and signal+background+interference. Check the filed "MetaData: cross-section"
Other checks and preparation of a talk

Please add the following samples to your plots 1) mH=700 GeV and width =1GeV 2) mH=700 GeV and width =50GeV, signal only -> I'd be specifically interested to see how they compare to the corresponding signal+background+interference truthplots.zip -
Please prepare a set of slides putting together all your plots, and and available information (including the cross section)
