finally found a working configuration - I see stubs in a stub latency scan and also the stub trigger seems to kind-of work. also found a TP configuration (timing in commissioning cycle) that works. important, internal veto needs to be enabled

made some modifications to Commission since in the ICFW the Stub bit is at bit 12 of the last CBC word and not bit 0 - also have a working configuration with test pulses

modified ReadNEvents for ICFW Flavours in order to not exceed the maximum packet size of 2700. Alternatively the acquisition is run in a loop internally -works with Glib & FC7

reintroduces threading in FileHandler class and adapted miniDQM to work with the 2CBC data format we get from the IC firmware

Updated README, ICDescription, removed some output from Calibration and PedestalNoise scan, debugged ICFc7FWInterface

added ICFc7 Interface and expanded the IC_address table to include some of the FC7 Golden Registers for PWR management of FMCs, furthermore, adapted each and every check for boardtype() to reflect new interface

I2C reading and writing for CTA boards FE 0.  fix bug in I2C parameter multiple read.  function to retrieve the board type as configured in HWDescription.xml.  dump the parameter name when an exception is raised while reading or writing uhal parameters. address file for CTA boards

Final touches to noise strip scan and I think I fixed the binning issue - now the histogram does not draw for whatever reason - need to fix this

fixed noise strip scan in PedeNoise - is now part of each noise scan and writes the modified config files to disk

implemented an occupancy at random triggers based check for noisy strips - this needs some testing and debugging

tweaked the Strasbourg FW interface abit to reduce the number of readback errors but they are still there - need to spend more thought on this

verified pulse shape working with all the code changes with Strasbourg and kind of with IC - need to understand comm cycle timing
