Test pulse calibration

Modified the TPCalibration class that it inherits from PedeNoise. Removed unnecessary lines from tpcalibration test.

Test Pulse Calibration: new test to determine the gain to convert VCth into electrons, using test pulses.

Bugfix: it has to be checked if you want to test enabled all channel testing and test pulses at the same time. Before the bugfix you would enter this if case allways when you enable test pulses and then they are disabled.

PedeNoise: Added a StripPedestal histogram
