Subject: [PATCH] TrigValidation: update bulk global conditions tag in ART
 tests

TrigValidation: update bulk global tags in ART tests

Hello,

Following !78113, we need to update the bulk global conditions tag used in trigger ART tests.
Move to the `TestDefaults` ones, to avoid further manual updates.
Fixes ATR-30978.
