- Added the ability to save data to a board specific file. These are
  used by comparisonPlots.py to compare performance across boards
- OFC plots are now made for COLUTA2 as well as COLUTA1
- Fixed labels in pulsePlots.py and atlas_plotter
- Deleted some unused methods and imports

Also fixed typos, organizational things

- Updated README to include python version and dependencies
- atlas_plotter now defaults to enable_latex=False

Made updates for OFC analysis with onboard pulser
