eosxd v5 chart does not work

We tried the new eosxd v5 chart, and it did not work:

• the bin/eosxd binary is missing
• no eos processes are running in the pod and mounts are empty folders
• The tests in the CI of this repo appear to be failing, probably due to the same reason and might provide more details
