fix/disable tests for eosxd

eosxd chart is no longer used, as this component is replaced by eosxd-csi.

The tests are very flaky (source: https://gitlab.cern.ch/kubernetes/automation/charts/cern/-/blob/master/eosxd/templates/tests/test-ls.yaml) -- ls is run without waiting for /eos to be completely populated.
