add a storage class for eosxd-csi

eosxd-csi supports PV provisioning. Add a StorageClass to fulfill PVCs similar to what we have for CVMFS: https://gitlab.cern.ch/kubernetes/automation/releases/cern-magnum/-/blob/master/templates/storageclass-cvmfs.yaml
