Replicate s3 data of registry.cern.ch in 2nd network hub in Prevesin

The data are in s3.cern.ch s3://registry/ in the Cloud Infra Sevices openstack project, we need to backup the data regularly.

To be investigated if we do it ourselves or if the Ceph team can do it for us.
