* This will make that the internal Monit-K8s helm chart
is installed bringing with it the installation of the
aggregated-rules and the defined aggregated manual rules.

Both can be managed by the monit

* All dalbe metrics_producer to identify the metrics
producing cluster when monnit team scrapes said cluster
* Add label to specify metric_producer_version
