User/chscheul/add validation splits

This MR adds a new option --split-vr-jobs in order to generate separate fits during the dwfp actions (or any subset thereof) for each validation region, as described in the TRExFitter docs. This greatly speeds up the workspace generation, fitting, and plotting steps for configuration with many validation regions.
