Correct y offset for layers in SciFi layers for C-frame beam line orientation
While in reality it's the C-frames that get rotated by the beam line angle, in the code we apply this rotation to the stations themselves. This way the vertical offset between the layers is too large. In reality, the difference in height should be very small: +0.126mm for one, -0.126mm for the other. We can move the layers to compensate, the first two on one direction, the last two in the other.
