New global DDDB tags to fix antideuteron name

In ParticleTable.txt we have a long-standing issue that antideuteron has mistyped name. I have created a fix in branch antideuteronFix (started from dt-2017 branch). We will need to propagate this fix to all data types and create new global tags. The tags should be created on top of the latest tags:

• dddb-20181113 for 2010 (dt-2010)
• dddb-20181113-1 for 2011 (dt-2011)
• dddb-20181113-2 for 2012 and 2013 (dt-2012)
• dddb-20181113-3 for 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 (dt-2017)
