Status of the comissioning branch

Follow up from !8 (merged).

In order to read data taken during 2022 LHCb has to be configured to use the commissioning branch of this repository. Is there a reason why this isn't all in master?

If we continue to use the commissioning branch:

• Job configurations that are written now will cease to be reproducible if the commissioning branch is ever deleted
• I think the hash collision fallback only works if everyone uses the same branch of this repository
