LumiSettings Conditions for MC production

During validation of simulation conditions in issue16, online conditions Conditions/LHCb/Online/LumiSettings.yml/ used in data-taking are missing in the simulation production sim10/run3-ideal for run3.

We would like to check whether the lumisetting information are necessary and for MC production.
