Apply automatic formatting

As it was done for the Physics Application projects, we should consider auto-formatting for the Python projects too.

For the P.A. projects we used YAPF (the best option available when auto-formatting was introduced in Gaudi), but we may consider Black (see also lhcb/LHCb#42)
