"lb-run Project/X.Y" does not match the directory "Project_X.Y" (only "Project_vXrY")

!114 (merged) changes the lookup so that asking for version X.Y gets translated in vXrY, but that prevents finding directories like Project_X.Y, which clashes with the way the Ganga input sandbox is currently created (see LbDevTools#65 (closed)).
