Ability to abort /ci-test slots

We need to

1. Provide a url which when clicked sets the abort flag in couchdb.
2. Poll from checkout/build/tests jobs whenever possible and abort.
3. Publish an abort link in the feedback from the main job.
4. Hide aborted slots from the dashboard
5. Adapt the logic for reusing slots such that the check fails for aborted slots
