throughput test fails with vtune 2020

The throughput test keeps crashing with

vtune: Error: Assertion failed: pytrace_tracewriter:341: (jitWriterReady) : . Please contact the technical support.

using vtune 2020 (/cvmfs/projects.cern.ch/intelsw/psxe/linux/all-setup.sh).

This can be fixed using vtune 2019 (/cvmfs/projects.cern.ch/intelsw/psxe/linux/19-all-setup.sh).
